As a major power quality wholesale distributor, National Power has direct relationships with manufacturers such as Generac for industrial gensets and Eaton Electrical for Eaton UPS products. Additionally our industry contacts and engineering expertise enable us to provide on-site power programs that efficiently allow businesses to add value to their internal and external partners.
NPC is growing at a rapid pace and is seeking the best and talent to join their successful team. The Company is expanding their market presence and is currently identifying and evaluating candidates for the position of Power Quality Customer Service Professional.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager of CS, the Power Quality Customer Service Professional is responsible for order entry, order invoicing, assistance with inventory management. Working with sales staff to keep customers apprised of order status.
Job Qualifications
- Familiar with order management/inventory control IT systems
- Excellent communications between field sales and vendors
- Experience with PQ equipment desired
- Excellent customer service skills
