flexible, steel conduit encased in a copper shield to prevent

Powerpak Remote Power Panel (RPP) |

PDI's Powerpak Remote Power Panel (RPP) is a
freestanding distribution system designed to increase the
usable kVA of your Power Distribution Units (PDUs). As your
Data Center evolves from a few high powered devices to many
low powered devices, your system becomes limited by the number
of distribution points on your PDUs. PDI's RPP gives you the
added pole space your system needs. Custom configured in a
freestanding enclosure, the RPP gives you the added
flexibility and room for expansion by placing your power
connection points closer to your equipment loads. Units are
rated for 208v applications and each can provide up to 168
additional single phase circuits. Optional equipment now
includes the Branch Circuit Monitoring System (BCMS) and local
monitoring.

Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance at PDI is an ongoing process. As an order is
manufactured, it goes through a five-step quality control
program. The parts are inspected as they arrive from the
vendors and when the sub-assembly is complete. After the
assembly inspection, the unit is then checked before and after
it enters the test area. On its way to the final assembly
area, the unit is completely inspected to ensure that it
complies with the equirements of the listing agency (i.e. UL,
CSA, ETL, IEEE, etc.) and that it meets the customer's
specifications. All products are built and inspected for
compliance to the applicable codes or standards (i.e. NEC,
IEEE, NEMA, MIL-STD-462, etc.) for the appropriate product
class. Only after passing all inspections is the unit prepared
for shipping and delivery to the customer. |
