Whether it is warranty work, repair work, or a preventative maintenance call, our factory trained technicians are here to help with all of your Generac generator needs.  By purchasing a preventative maintenance contract, you receive discounts on parts and labor, as well as priority coverage 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Maintaining Your Generac Generator:  Proper performance is key to maintaining top performance.  Neglected equipment will let you down. 

 

NPC Preventative Maintenance Program:  Whether it’s semiannual or quarterly visits, our factory trained technicians are ready to keep your generators and UPSs in peak condition.  Parts and labor are always included with the NPC Preventative Maintenance program.  We maintain all major brands and custom plans are available. Contracted customers receive discounts on replacement parts, labor, and receive priority 7x24 coverage. Save time and money with an NPC Preventative Maintenance Program.

 

Warranty and Repair Work:  Most Generac generators have a two year warranty from the date of start-up.  If you have any problems during this time, National Power will dispatch a service technician for field repair.  After this warranty period, repairs are done on a time and materials basis.  Contracted customers receive discounted rates on replacement parts and labor.

 

Generac Genuine Parts:  Get parts from your Generac Ultimate Service Dealerä, National Power.  We will find the right part at the right price.  Our service technicians complete a parts supply form for every contracted customer.  We keep parts in stock for each of our contracted customers.  Big or small, we stock it all.
