By purchasing a preventative maintenance contract, you receive discounts on parts and labor, as well as priority coverage 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Parts and labor are always included with the NPC Preventative Maintenance program. We maintain all major brands and custom plans are available. Warranty and Repair Work: Most Generac generators have a two year warranty from the date of start-up. If you have any problems during this time, National Power will dispatch a service technician for field repair. After this warranty period, repairs are done on a time and materials basis. Contracted customers receive discounted rates on replacement parts and labor.

Our service technicians complete a parts supply form for every contracted customer. We keep parts in stock for each of our contracted customers. Big or small, we stock it all.
